MADERA HIGHLANDS

Planned as an environmentally thoughtful, family friendly community, Madera Highlands has over 300 acres of mature pecan groves and nearly 600 acres of high Sonoran desert. Located 20 minutes south of Tucson, Madera Highlands allows residents to live outside the city in a natural setting. The master plan features 1,800 single-family homesites, 300 apartments units, a school site, and 15 acres of retail, office, and medical campus space. The project was sold to a number of large, publicly traded homebuilders.
